The domain name www.tickright.com and the brand “tickright” are owned by Square Root Technologies and Consultancy, a company registered in Bangladesh.
By using this Website, You represent, acknowledge and agree that You are at least 18 years of age, or if You are under 18 years of age (a Minor), that You are using the Website with the consent of Your parent or legal guardian and that You have received Your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Website and agree to its Terms. If You are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor, You hereby agree to bind the Minor to these Terms and to fully indemnify and hold Us harmless if the Minor breaches any of these Terms.
Account means an account registered through the Website.
Application means a method of accessing the Website other than navigating to the Website using a web browser.
Content means data, information, text, blogs, images, movies, animations and any other digital media whether currently existing or not that may be displayed, delivered through or otherwise embodied in the Website.

tickright.com grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a tickright.com authorized representative.
tickright.com reserves the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons. The imposition or removal of any access or use restrictions for any part of the Website is at Our sole discretion.
The prices of courses for paid modules on Tickright.com are determined solely by Us and subject to change time to time.
We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course. Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available to new users only.
You agree to pay the fees for paid modules that you purchase. Tickright.com works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.
Refunds and Order Cancellation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, You will not be entitled to recover any Fees if Your Account is suspended or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
After purchasing the paid module of a particular course, if the course is made available to you and you can access the features and functions fully or to a reasonable extent, you will not be eligible to cancel the order or request for refund/ credit.
If the course you purchased upon full payment is not available to you, then you can request, within 7 days of your purchase of the course, that Tickright.com credit/refund your account. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 7-day guarantee time limit has passed. You can request the credit/ refund by emailing Us at email@example.com.
The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective payment platform. If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made. You will receive a refund anytime between 10-15 working days. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall investigate.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.
Unauthorized Charges on your card
If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Tickright.com, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven't placed the order. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable Tickright.com to begin an investigation.

Tickright.com realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Bangladesh. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
ARBITRATION: Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dhaka and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
